This is just not the done thing

This incident has got me baffled. A taxi driver scoops a drunk man onto the bonnet of his taxi and drives for around 5 minutes with the drunk hanging on. It is all caught on the man's phone as he does a commentary of the whole incident.
By the way it wasn't me
In fact, the taxi driver is heading for the sack.

More than likely he isn't from these shores and has no idea about the traffic regulations.
